ProFish is a working seafood operation — five departments, a custom smokehouse, a fleet of refrigerated trucks, and a team that’s been quietly building the DMV’s seafood standard since 1988. We’re not a warehouse and we’re not a corporate distributor. We’re the people restaurants call when the order has to be right.

We hire drivers, cutters, smoke masters, warehouse crew, sales reps, accounting, and operations. What we look for is the same across every role: people who take the work seriously, who want to learn the craft, and who show up for their crew. In return, we promote from within, pay skilled wages for skilled work, and try to earn the long tenure most of our team has given us.
