This Privacy Policy applies to customer data collected and used by OceanPro Industries Ltd t/a ProFish and Captain’s Choice, its affiliates, and certain of our service providers.

Your consent to receive such communications is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from ProFish. To change your contact preferences, log in to your account or contact us.

Our website is hosted by HostGator. We do not store any credit card information on any part of our site. We are committed to preventing unauthorized access to the personal information you provide, and we maintain procedures and technology designed for this purpose.

• Access to your information is controlled by strict physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.
• Safeguards scale to the sensitivity of the information collected and stored.
• Technology is updated and tested regularly to improve the protection of customer information.
• We authorize only specific data uses by outside vendors serving relevant advertising on our behalf. This information is anonymized — no personal identifying information is transferred from ProFish.

Because ProFish is a purveyor of perishable food products, we must retain data on sales transactions for an extended period of time in order to facilitate any claims or recalls. If you refuse to provide your data to facilitate a transaction, we reserve the right to refuse and reject any attempt to make a purchase.

We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 13 without verifiable consent from their parents. We cannot distinguish the age of individuals who access our website, so we apply the same Policy to individuals of all ages.
