Five Kitchens.
One Supply Chain.

Fish & Fire Food Group is the restaurant arm of the operation — five DC venues co-owned by our founder, running on the exact same cold chain we sell to every other account.

The Restaurant Group

The kitchens that prove the supply chain.

Before ProFish existed, Greg Casten was a restaurateur frustrated by the quality of fish he could buy. Thirty-five years later, the restaurant side of the operation still runs — now as Fish & Fire Food Group, five DC venues that source entirely from the ProFish warehouse next door.

The wholesale customer who orders Monday-for-Tuesday delivery is buying the same fish that will plate at Tony & Joe's that night. It's not a marketing story. It's the same truck.

The restaurants also function as a live proving ground — every new supplier, every new species, every new technique moves through the Fish & Fire kitchens before it ships to external accounts.

Where to Eat the Supply Chain

Five restaurants across the DC waterfront and beyond. Each with its own menu, all pulling from the same source.

Tony & Joe's Seafood Place

Georgetown Waterfront

The flagship. Classic seafood dining on the Georgetown waterfront — the restaurant Greg Casten co-founded and the reason ProFish exists.

Nick's Riverside Grill

Georgetown Waterfront

Sister concept to Tony & Joe's. More casual, same water view, same fish supply. Heavy lunch and brunch crowd.

The Point DC

The Wharf

A Wharf-district concept leaning into oysters, crudo, and the day-boat program. The newest ProFish specials surface here first.

The Strand DC

The Wharf

Polished dining on the water, built around the smokehouse line and Captain's Choice features. Cold-smoked salmon from Ivy City is always on the menu.

Ivy City Smokehouse Café

Northeast DC

The retail-facing face of the smokehouse. Bagels, salmon boards, and a small tasting counter attached to the production facility itself.

Private Events

All venues · Custom menus

The restaurant group caters large-format events pulling from any combination of ProFish, Ivy City, and the restaurant kitchens. Contact wholesale for programming.
