Fish N Easy starts with the same fish that ships to ProFish's restaurant accounts — the Icelandic cod, the wild Alaskan halibut, the Faroese salmon. The difference is what happens after the cutting floor: every fillet is portioned, seasoned, and paired with a sauce and a vegetable component engineered to finish in a single pan.
Each kit ships with one recipe card, one fish portion, one sauce, and one supporting ingredient. Home cooks get a restaurant-grade result without sourcing, prep, or waste. The product was built for weeknight dinner, not weekend project cooking.
